eMachine Help Needed ;)

right guys i have a eMachine laptop
on the front/sticker its says vista but on start up it says win7
windows wont start at all gets stuck on loading

F8 i can get into and it gives me-
repair your comp
safe mode
safe mode with net working etc etc

when i click repair it starts- windows is loading files and shows the status bar,
it gets to the end and
then screen go`s off then back on and then i see windows loading status bar for 1 second then screen just stays on and blank.

when i pick safe mode two status bars come on top and the bottom saying
loading winds files
and at the bottom please wait.......... over a hour still the same

F2 enter set - needs a password which i dont have.
ive done all the normal buttons to find the bios so i can boot from cd/dvd drive todo a full new
install of win7 as its not on as it wont boot from drive.
ive done F1F2 etc etc and delete/Tap/Esc but no bios?

i dont have any of the original cd`s for the laptop

even after it say windows is doing a repair recovery it just restarts the laptop and im back to square one lol

Is that after what you did in my post or after the repair you mentioned in the previous post

after the restore process i said
ive got back into recovery managment by pressin ALT + F10
and im doing a restore again lol

sorry lads a bit under the weather (cider cloud). my info might not be relavent. but here goes.
ophrack live cd. i'm sure that recovers bios passwords.
