easy way to find who's causing the lag

Thanks peeps, this is nothing really, DW has been my home page for a couple of years & I've had my share from you all. Now its my turn, dont get me wrong I wont be Shelling out Hundreds but it would be nice to resolve this gaming problem & I think I can help out here !!!

im with damage about the 56k especially with cod also ive noticed that when someone with 56k comes on the lag is terrible in cod they have settings for different internet connections and warn u about lag
