I got my box back from tmate factory reset it and put the dw modified image on. However, I can't ftp to the box using dcc.

So I decided may be it's a password problem. When I try to change the password on the box I get the dreaded green screen.

Any ideas

This one came up before:When you use dcc ,click on Telnet ,type passwd and change it to the one you want,when you type new password, you wont see the letters or numbers ,thats normal.Then type root and your new password in dcc and hit for connection .

But why doesn't the reciever allow me to change the password?

Also, when I tried to do a factory reset it gave me the dreaded green screen
