Hi as well as having a dreambox (which I have got up and running thanks to some of the posts on this site) I also have a PCI DVB-C card from Technotrend.
I currently have it running on a windows 2000 box with progdvb and a softcam but am interested in setting up a linux box running VDR http://www.cadsoft.de/vdr/ with a softcam instead as this is like operates like a $kyplus or V+ box
Does anyone have any tutorials on setting up VDR and softcam from UK cable as all the stuff I can find seems to be in German.
