CD & DVD dup-dvd

any one got any sites about how to use this software?i,ve got the programme and tried to use it but get the these problems

1:when trying to do a copy from the source drive to a cd it only copies half the film after it seems 10/11/12 hours

2: when saving from source to image

image file seems to be 350 mb and wont even burn to cd when i try to

thought i had the right back up software when i purchased this
any ideas would be welcome

me and loads of other peeps have had the same problem it only ever does one half of the cd!

Ive tried all versions of this and it does not work above one disk. Even the one disk is of shabby quality.
To rip your dvd then use in this order, Dvd Decrypter, Dvd2AVI then TMPGE. You can use DVD Galaxy which is a simplified shell to use this method.
