The new bigmaq toolbar (aka thechatterbox toolbar) has a section for nds rom backups and it has 22 sites listed on there, ive only used ndsroms.com though mainly, maybe worth a look though

A trawl of discussions about dashroms shows it looks like they are up and down recently and trying to rehost elsewhere. The site is up and lots of other roms are there just not the nintendo ds ones.

Try the TheChatterBox.cc Toolbar mate loads of sites on there
