I ordered a R4DSi with 8Gb microSD card last week, £29 including delivery.

Jeez, thats seems a bit expensive. Did you buy from a UK seller?

I have heard that R4DSi do not have upgradeable firmware on it so be careful not to upgrade firmware to v1.4. It might mean the card is useless.

I just ordered a AceKard for the Dsi from dealextreme. That is apparently upgradeable and most reviews seem positive. My daughter spends most of her time on the camera and voice though. The old ds phat games work fine, brain training for example.

As well as ordering a Acekard, I also ordered screen protectors and a pink silicon skin.

The card has come through and works well with DSi. On checking the website though to get the latest firmware, it claims to have fixed the 1.4 firmware upgrade that blocks the flashcarts. I havent tried it yet.

Yesterday on HUKD post : Asda are selling ds lite with a game (cooking mama) for 70 notes. Thats a good deal. I think though its in light blue only but you never know until you check out instore.
