Dreambox F5S

Hi I have purchased a dreambox F5s. I am from Ireland. I'm not sure what CCcams to purchase.
Does anyone have any suggestions. Ive read somewhere that you cannot get any HD channels on it anymore. Is this true?

F5s is a skybox not dreambox.
