Gemini is not working out of the box.
Flash a gemini 2.20, do a flash reset with the up arrow button on reboot and install then a emu with the blue panel via internet or ftp upload.
You need also the keys for your selected emu.

The emu function is easier to handle.
Install evocamd and use Autoupdate.Key from a sportster. The file goes to /var/keys.

If you use the emu function you can forget all about cards, bk and ird.
