WiFi Draytek 2860ac with 3 x vigor ap910c access points

Oh wow, we just did our first install with this setup and it absolutely smashed it!!!

Draytek router AC version, with 3 access points spread out across the building using a wifi strength (done by another company) map.

100mb virgin media connection

We had 95mb at every point of the install with this setup over a 5ghz wifi network.

We was getting roughly 0.5% less speed than the cat6 cables directly plugged in.

Never ever thought that wifi could be close to cables plugged in direct, very impressed

We could not test a file across the network unfortunately as we did not have a laptop with an AC chip, but will be taking a Mac book tomorrow to report back!

AC is amazing, and has transfer speeds upto 1Gbe I believe. I used a few HP 520 APs that were AC enabled, and the transfer speeds are immense. Although this was on a corporate network
