dm800se cross epg help / image advise

HI all
I have 2 DM800se one on a 2.1 sim and the other (im not sure what the sim is called but its boots up with dream" rather than sim2.1

anyway these boxes are used in kids room have digitalworlz v1.1 openplg2.1 image running which has been fine

however on both boxes crossegp has stopped populating the data. ive checked its sett to have to HDD (not internal) and 28.2 is selected for open tv providers..

my next step is to delete and load a new satellite.xml file from another working dm800

any other suggestions? ive also uninstalled and reinstalled crossegp 0.62 (any newer version would not install)

which leads to next questions.. is there a newer/better image avail? maybe something with hdmi-cec ? and a few more newer options?? thanks

no issues with crossepg 0.8.1 here

ftp to tmp

you could try telnet commands

opkg install -force-overwrite /tmp/*.ipk

opkg update /cut/

then

opkg install libcurl4

advice you add flash expander or pluginmover before doing this

but your best option i think is newer image
