use ethernet cable and mini usb connect both open JapharFlasher and it will detect your box flash bootloader here is what you need

Having zero joy with this, following this tutorial, been sitting here 3 hours, im ready to throw the box out the window at this stage

you need to flash image as well not just bootloader

Ive done both mate, no joy, getting the same error on reboot

Got sorted eventually, removed and reinserted the sim, no idea but it worked, a host of new problems now of course

I wouldnt mind if it was my own set up, but its for my old folks so its a pain in the behind! Maybe SIM was loose or dusty? Or scrap? Lol

does your box have the miniflash button on back if so use that hold in while power up box
