[DM800HD] Dm800HD giving error when Initialising USB Stick

When initialising USB "error: tool not found mkfs.ex3" anyone know how to fix this have formatted USB to various file formats with no success and used different USB keys.

menu/plugins/green button

How do i add device manager above? Do i just copy folder into dreambox with dcc and if so what location please.
