Dm800 Tuner Failed

Hi lads

Downloaded the latest Rats channel list the other night, and using dog setting ftp'd over to my Dm800. (as i always do) restarted box....Got Tuner Failed on all chans bar BBC Scotland no sound but picture.....

Tried another old rats list same thing..

My mate gave me his box to update too...same thing...

Sky dish working on my alien box is connected and working fine (no movie chans)...

Reflashed several new images still same prob...

is it time for a new box

your box plus mates as well very strange

summit not right

make sure tuner is seated ok as can get loose

never had a channel list screw a box

have you tried a manual scan

yep nothing found....
2 dramboxes box showing tuner fail after chan list update....ive now tried a few different chan lists same thing..

I dare not update the amiko in case the same thing happens....

what list did you send to box

Rat's Bouquets E2 SD FTA HD 18.06.201

was the first list i sent...to update the movies chans....

All the chans were working prior to update bar the movies

i used dogsettings...it was the latest the other night ;-)...

Tried several chan lists since still same prob

Excuse my thickness here lol whats dogsettings ?

use the latest list as this should fix your problems, I have changed all the FEC from what was set to auto back to what they should be

There will also be another update tomorrow sometime

just done my amiko list with latest update..working perfect

Dm800 still no tuner....

Time for a new box ;-) Amiko A3 it is

so latest update still not working on 800HD

do a network scan, will take about 20 minutes but fingers crossed will sort the problem
from then on you will be able to just transfer as normal

Hi Rat

Amiko perfect..an old VU solo perfect....

ill wait for tomorrows list before i chance the Dm again..

Dog settings is an italian chan list editor with built in ftp.. i use it to load your chan lists then send them to the boxes...

Got matey's box back off him...

Reflashed image.

Scanned from start found 121 Channels...all the low end stuff like essex wives and india 18 news etc....

The Tuner must be shagged ;-/
