dm500c wont boot

hi guys ive got a dm500c which was working fine yesterday till i added a new line. plugged
box in now it wont boot up just black screen. power light stays green. no responce with remote
nothing at all. ive tried to reflash using dreamup but dreamup dont reconize box, any ideas guys
or is my box fried. cheers peace!!!!

First try another PSU if that does not work and with DreamUP not even seeing the box its not looking good.

Are you suing a know good null modem cable setup ?

A proper com port not a usb adapter ?

yeah neva had problems with my null lead and using a proper com port
bit baffled cause everything was fine yesterday till i treid to add a new
line using dcc.looks like its time to get myself a new box.

[h=1]Amiko Mini T2/C HD[/h]can be used for cable and the combo for sat/cable? CHEERS PEACE!!!

did you sort the dm out m8 when you say dreamup doesnt reconize box is that with puttinh an ip address in to find if you haven't tried it untick the network box in dreamup do as you normaly do and see if it finds it worth a try m8
