hi all

i have 4010 on pure. its got signal problem. some of the chans dont come and some breaking.

i have good signal comming in.

in engineers menu its showing 80s on both cases some times even 90.

i have replaced both tuner cans, no luck.

r there any fix's for it.

or any measuement points i can check. for the techi's

do yo use a splitter if yes replace it

no i dont use splitter.

i know the problem is on the main board.

i thought some 1 might have come across it.

do you have a sub box try this if this works its a fault in the can dry solder ,m8 you have my phone number do you not

no its not the metal can. i have replaced both.

i have tried all the usual things.
1. not sig problem cause another box same type work ok.
2. no splitter.
3. no loose cable etc.

as stated above another box same model works fine.

software prob try redo card turn off box once you have done put new image in your pure have 1 for you try that give your email again and will send

i have done loads of reset let update few times. it s not an image problem.

cause u can c it in engineers menu that tuner readings are very high. getting towards 90% on both.

thats with any need of cards.

the old pace ones are now aged so are problematic. Any ways you wanna try a noise filter. The sammy have it built in. and so its clearer than normal.
If you have a an intermitiant connection the E.menu will not show up.
