digivox not auto up dating

Help!!!!!!! I have a digivox that will not autoupdate any one else having this problem, manually input c's and is fine, any one have any ideas,running version 4 software,updatescreen goes from 0-120% but just repeats this again and again with no go

new keyroll method ..you will have to wait for a new method of au ...or manually put in the keys

hi put keys in manually then press ok on each key this works no problem also junior member hope all will be ok till nexed roll

How do you enter keys manually in digivox. what settings do you have to go to.

To enter the keys,
Select Menu,
Scroll down to system information,
press enter
Key in "1004"
Select Nagravision and press enter
Select Provider
and enter the info there, press ok to store and exit back to tv.

Digivox on data being updated continuous roll

Replay turn off autoupdate off and all is well

so anyone now how to turn auto update of on the digivox

Don't you use the same keys that are on the Keymaster program that comes with BigMaq?
