dbox newbie

Im sure ill get lotsd of replies from what is probably gonna be a small thing ive not done...but.....I just received a sagem dbox supposedly UK ready, ive done a service scan and get 20 transponders but no channels....what am i doing wrong...or what have i still to put on the machine...seller said the box was total plug and play

Was the box imported from germany - if it was, then you'll probably be better off flashing a new image to the box from the download section.
