DBox 2 booting problem

Hi guys I have reflashed my dbox 2 with a comando 8 image (also tried sportster) but will not reboot, it gets as far as the world spinning on the LCD freezes then turns it self to standby, click the remote and the same thing keeps happening, can any1 help thanks.

Sounds like the box is on it's last legs.

In this case, it doesn't like images with loads of features and menus and options in it because it has to load them all on startup and falls over.

Try the Commando Laid Bare image, it has loads of stuff stripped out and it's for TV only, no web interface, no startup/boot screens, no plugins, no games, etc.

Sounds a bit like the problem I am having.... ( see fairly recent posts )

It would be worth trying to post a bootlog so the gurus on here can take a look and maybe home in on the problem before you completely give up
