Crystal +sticking dvd drawer

Just bought my daughter a crystal, woks fine, but the dvd drawer keeps sticking and I have to use a paperclip constantly, does anyone know a cure?

I find on some 360 s if you keep a game in the box once turned off it ejects better. You always try u tube might a fix on there.
