Recently updated my home to Crestron home. Can program my MC4 but need simpl to port over some legacy devices

FYI, if you acquired a CP3 system from another owner and want to see how it's configured.. Just connect to your CP3 using the Crestron toolbox, then open the FileManager.. Navigate to /Internal Flash/Simpl/app1/ and look for the file labeled 'xxx_archive.zip'. Download this file, then in SIMPL use the 'Restore program from archive' feature.

Also, the device labeled 'CEN-GWEXER' is likely the wireless 'access point' device for the wireless remote controls in your system

Hello,
do you know if it's the same for a Crestron CP2E processor ?
I have that system in a customer room I'm in charge, and it's not working anymore.

Do I need Crestron toolbox, Simpl and it's database to download the backup file ?

Edit: I can't find CrestronToolbox anywhere
