Seriously a m8 of mine has actually done that for years. One night I tried to get in with him and in a strong Indian accent the taxi guy said:
Oh no no no, are you takin the f#ckin p#ss fatty boys !!
to be fair confused about this one, the alleged incident happened in London over 30 years ago, the age of consent in the UK is 16, the girl was 17 at the time. There is no accusation of rape. The case is being brought in New York which has no rights of justice over crimes committed in the UK.
Don't get me wrong I think he is dodgy but don't see how this suit stands up legally.
