sorry new on here

blackhole 2.0.9 its showing as installed but when press epg dose not show up

Hi you need to go into settings menu where crossepg is under EPG settings as configure it.you need to set it to "red button shows epg"as in blackhole the epg is not configured to use the actual epg button on the remote its the red button.
The epg button on remote only seems to work in Vix images.
