Control without remote

Need to flash a h2s tonight with no remote until it arrives. I can control box using web interface or app but when you flash receiver you still need remote to set up basic functions and assign network.

I will be flashing ipab, is there anyway to assign to box so I can control using my web interface.

Perhaps to connect to box using Ethernet from box to laptop, just not too sure

Not sure that using the interface would be an option. If I remember right the new image asks for your input before the box has fully booted. Could be wrong though.
