Mod this scan.conf to be your netid freq and sym, then overwrite your scan.conf in /var/tuxbox/config make sure you chmod 755, i had the same issue, had about three attempts to get it to work lol, its to do with pressing the red botton to save changes for each entry

Just as a point of intrest, config files dont need chmod755 m8.

sections scan can stay on all the time as long as you follow this thread as they go hand in hand and its very good info for the future and all images

so you will never again miss out on new channels and channels that has moved frequencys

Seems to be working great, I havent entered any netid's manually or anything though, I just used me old service file and it's even picking up EPG on front row.

gr8 image, well done commando team.....

1 little glitch for sagem boxes, you have to us ucode 0014 or Vortex to record by server but these cause fta channels to lose video sometimes.
Tried all camds.

ucode 001a works fine on all channels but doesn't record ppv channels.

i've seen an image where there was a command to allow the ucode to switch from 001a to 0014 for recording only.....

but like i said gr8 image and thanks for all the work you've put in....

double check m8 as it all should be numbers m8


easy to make a mistake i did first few times as well m8

Then the box will reboot and you ready to scan

I have just tested it 5 times without an error
You must make sure all numbers are inputted
