Commando 14.7 lip sync problem

Since i've gone with the latest online update and installed Als satelite xml file ,i've been having lip sync problems.
If i flick to another channel and back again it cures it. Has anyone else noticed this ?

we all get it m8 ,, just press the tv button and it clears

I find the channel change works, as does the tv button
