VU+ Solo Cloud Ibox Mini Urgent help!!! need 12v to power the fan on board header gone.

as topic is there any where i can run 12v from to power my mini scythe fan that ive bought to replace what i thought was a broken fan when in fact it is the header.

i know nothing about electronics but need my box back lol!

Was the original fan 5V? If so you can either (1) use a small inverter to step that up to 12V (about £3 on the 'bay) or (2) check the outputs from the power supply with a voltmeter to see if there's a 12V rail- which there probably is. BUT it may not go down when the box is on standby- which you may or may not want.
