R4 Update - Apology

Apologize to All

We cannot express how sorry and disappointed we are for not completing your orders. Everything was going as planned and you we would have had your orders delivered to you before Xmas but due to a major setback this was not going to happen now. The setback was that Barclays had put a hold on the money (even the money for orders which had been completed) and we where no longer able to purchase the stock to complete your order which we had on reserve with our suppliers ready to ship out to us. The reason for the stop of funds was because Barclays thinks that we have not supplied any goods to our customers. We explained of the trouble with the stock and that more than half the orders placed had been completed. We are seeking legal advice and will now have to refund all uncompleted orders even for customers who are prepared to wait. Barclays is not giving us any choice in this matter as without funds we cannot purchase the stock which was meant for you. So all the work we had put in to source the stock and staying up working after hours etc has gone to waste. We do take some responsibility in that we should not have taken the money from your account in the first place but we did not expect anything like this to happen and where 100% sure to get your orders to you before Xmas. As you know these cards are very hard to get so the funds where need to make quick purchases of any available stock which we had sourced.

We are very ashamed of letting you down but it is out of our hands so now we will be issuing refunds to all customers. Refunds will also have to be issued to all customers who have stated that they are willing to wait because we cannot give you an exact date of when this problem will be sorted. We will have to refund each order individual so there may be a wait of a few days for your money to get back to your account. Our team will be strictly on refunding duty starting from tonight so emails may be replied to with a delay.

Even though we had explained to Barclays that customers just want the item that where promised to them they did not negotiate on releasing any funds so we could complete the orders. If you would like to contact Barclays to tell them of your disappoint we can supply you with their direct number.

Just thought that we would let you know the real reason for not receiving your orders before Xmas. After reading all the disappointed emails our staff here are all very upset and apologize to everyone. Most of us will be working through Xmas to complete the refunds.

Once again we cannot say how sorry we are about this issue. We really did try our best.

Best Regards,
Clickshop.Com Team
