Anybody know how Morgans in Greenock make there chicken curry? Not to everybodys taste I know :) but I like a nice mild chicken curry rather than a nippy number :D

not from greenock mate but farmfoods do a curry sauce mix thats in a plastic container. its the closest thing i've tasted to a takeaway chinese curry.

if you go to seawoo in glasgow there are about 10 types of per made paste for currys
you find most takeaways use this or a blend of a couple of them to get a slightly more unique taste
mayflower is one make and i know it comes in mild

Mayflower Curry Sauce...from Farmfoods..best ive came across, actually only one even close to chinese takeaway stuff

This is the best one, varies from £1.50 in chinatown london to £3 elsewhere.
