Ingredients
350 gr chicken breast,
chicken broth 1 lt,
a small Sweet Onion,
light cream 1 dl,
a tablespoon of curry powder ,
2 tablespoons flour,
some strip of chives,
butter 30 gr, salt, black pepper in grains
Method
Cut into small pieces the chicken breast, peeled and finely chop the onion.
You melt the butter in a saucepan and add the onion, leaving it dry well.
Add meat, curry and always mixing, incorporate the flour.
Cook a few minutes to sweet flame and then add the broth hot, mingling it little by little.
Add the cream and, always stirring, brought to a boil. Add salt, lower the heat, cover and continue cooking for 20 minutes, always a slow fire.
Remove the cream from heat and let cool. Serve cold or just lukewarm garnished with shredded chives.
