Top-Up TV - brainchild of former Sky executives David Chance and Ian West - have today revealed their launch plans, channel lineup and costs.
DTT set-top boxes will need a smart card reader and card which will cost £20 (half price online sign up). The monthly cost will be £7.99 with an option for Television X for an additional £9.99 a month.

According to the FAQ on their website there are no plans at present to add other channels to this lineup.
The service is designed to work with ex ITV/On Digital boxes for which there will be a software upgrade prior to launch of the service
