channeles all over !

hi everyone ! having problems with my vs , ive flashed it using the image as instructed but there seems to be loads and loads of the same channel like itv and sports and so on ! plus theres no sky uk in the satalite list ! I did my own and it working great, but I bought 1 for the kids room and as I say theres loads of the same channel, it takes ages to find the 1 that's working any ideas to solve this problem ! thanks

do I need to factory reset then burn the image on again guys or what ,cmon im stuck here help would be appreciated
