changing language on tomtom one xl

how do change the language on a tomtom. ive just bought 1 2nd hand and i think its in polish or summet.

You could either do a hard reset by taking out the sd card (if it has one) then pressing and holding the reset button for 15 seconds. Then powering back up and reinserting the sd card. Or you could use this guide here
