Changing Channels

Hi guys,

Im currently on TM800-iQ-28/11/11 and it gets annoying from time to time when changing channels it doesnt load up quickly. I have to restart the box using power off button on remote and turn on for it to come through. Can get really annoying, do any of you guys experience the same?

Not what you want to hear @hnj but if that what it takes a reboot then so be it mate

I'm sure you know by now there are more annoying things with this receiver than a simple reboot

I get that too....I find that sometimes when this happens it helps to press the blue button and press ok on restart both. I think the softcam freezes when on a channel for a long time. Hope it helps.
