Dont think it would do anything mate if its on the cline. I think the line supplier would put these arguments in the fline that way you would not be able to edit it.

If you have a look at your cccam.cfg you will see how it all works if all the info #'d out has been left in the file
some examples of good settings for C & F lines :
C: dns add port user pass no
F: user pass 0 0 0 { 0:0:1 }
for say family members only local card + no reshare
C: dns add port user pass yes
F: user pass 0 0 1 { 0:0:1 }
+ emm to update your card
for say family members only local card + no reshare
C: dns add port user pass yes
F: user pass 1 0 1 { 0:0:1 }
+ reshare from your reshare only to watch ( hop2 )
+ emm to update your card
for say family members only local card + no reshare
C: dns add port user pass no
F: user pass 0 0 0 { 0:0:2 } { } { } dns add of peer
no emm to update
this gives your peer 1 reshare from your card .
only the peer to whom you gave your line to can use it .
C: dns add port user pass yes
F: user pass 0 0 1 { 0:0:2 } { } { } dns add of peer
you will get emm to update card .
this gives your peer 1 reshare from your card .
only the peer to whom you gave your line to can use it .

so if i had a nline from a friend who gave me unlimited reshares, and i wanted to share the nline from a dm500s using cccam how would i create a fline which would give them access to the server card and block them from resharing while using my dm500s

I would suggest you go introduce yourself first and then do some reading,
while we like to help new members but it doesn't sit to well, with me anyway, when your first post is basically how do I setup a cs server
