CCCam & Mgcamd? And Streaming

I have a TM800HD and am using a Cline from apparently a good provider as i have moved around but now im starting to think its my box, it glitches very often id expect it every now and then but it gets to the point where i just give up and turn the TV off because of it, i have very little knowledge in the staellite field but would my straming be better ona Dreambox 800 SE as i want a good box for the bedroom and to be as glitch free as possible, So i looked at using mgcamd and you can convert your CCCam to Mgcamd which i have tried to do but failed miserably. Any alternatives? Thankyou
