Cas Duolabs programmer

I have got the Cas Duolabs programmer.
I am using a tit 1 card i have upgragde the op sys to

ATR:
3B EC 00 00 40 32 54 49 54 41 4E 49 55 4D 00 11 01 06

Titanium Card OS version 1.06
Titanium OS Upgraded to 1.06

where do i put the latest fixes in???
i.e. which files go into the flash and what goes into the eeprom

the fix i have is a Cryptit HEX file and a Cryptit EEP file.
is it as easy as the EEP into the Eeprom box and the HEX into the flash box.

Should be left at 1.03 and yes EEP and HEX into their respective places. Write the card, then loadeep.xvb in Winexplorer to write your .bin file (previously edited in nagraedit).
