cardiff area internet slow

anyone else noticed how slow there net is 2night on vm??? mine is sloooooooooooow les than 0.3mb on speedt tests on a 20mb line lol... even borrowed my mums 10mb and thats slow 2 :S

I'm not from Cardiff but I would imagine it's slow because of system upgrades. See if ur IP has changed from 82. to a 213.

Im not far away and im getting my fulll 10megs so hopefully any network probs have been solved !!
