card not rolling

I last programed my card 26 March
Its an original card and it hasn't rolled since
I've got a Tit2 but that doesn't work
Im in a C&W Area

Not really, if its a mosc obviously someone didn't change the emm's to stop the cc's changing the rev of yer card. It WILL be locked!
