can u get the codes

ive just typed my viewer id into the sentanta box in extra cp and instead of getting a release code ive got a pop box with my viewer id in it ?

I think you need to wait for the post in the closed room to say that the codes are ready.

firewall off no change ,, should the extracp be showing todays date 27/08/06 its still showing me 26/08/06 V ID pops up ?

Workig fine - but you need to shutdown Zonealarm firewall which is a bit of a bummer.
