Can i stream android files from my home android box to another android box at my parents

As per title, I've got a usb had full of films on my android box. Is there a way to share video files from my box to my parents so they can stream them?
Tia guys haven't got a clue with android

Maybe have a look into PLEX m8, might all depend on where your parents are though
