Calling a mobile in teneriefe

Hi my gran has a friend who live over there she is trying to call her she is using 0034 7******** but cant get through any ideas on the correct way to call

That's the correct way.

Either that or you could hold down 0 till it turns to + and then key in 34 7 (so its +34 7)

Is it a UK number by the way? If it is, you don't need the international code. Just call it as normal.
