What would be using the machine for mate?

Jus to point out that the graphics card is the lowest of the low, one of the worst you can get. For close to £600 you can get a much better system, I would recommend going down the Intel route and getting a quad core setup, also getting a 64bit OS (cheaper than 32bit) as these are now quite stable and let you run loads of memory at once, whereas a 32bit operating system will struggle to recognise much more than 3gb of ram. Also opt for a better motherboard, you can get some great ones for about £60.

As for the PSU they do not say which make it is, yes it says dual rail but if it is not stable then you could be pushing your luck on such an expensive system. If you have the cash I would ask them to put in something from Corsair, Seasonic, Enermax, FSP, etc. If your not running a SLI or Crossfire system then 500W will be more than enough, with that card even a 350w SilverPower would be fine, but if your upgrading the card to something better go for minumum 400w branded PSU.

Also why 2 dvd writers? Nero takes care of this for you, it just stroes the DATA in Nero then asks you to put in a blank DVD after it's read the first one.

Also just noticed the (£25) you put beside the PSU, that to me is a massive no no, it will be crap, I would risk it in one of my £160 builds but not if your paying this kind of money mate.

thanx for looking

No motherboard in your setup mate, also that processor is the retail version which comes with it's own heatsink, you can either dump the Cooler Master Sphere heatsink/fan combo to save money or change the processor to the OEM version.
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/131823

Also that card is only DX9, I know you say you don't game but you may as well get a cheap DX10 card, either the Nvidia 8 series of cards or the ATI 2 series of cards, you can get 256mb version probably cheaper than that card you listed.

Other than that everything looks fine. Oh and if your going for the 64bit OS then don't forget you can put a shit load of ram in there and your OS will use it all. :) Just make sure you get a motherboard with 4 slots for memory incase you fancy putting 4gb or more in there.

ooops sorry m8 this is the board

Asus COMMANDO P965 Socket 775 Onboard Audio ATX 126252 19 in stock £101.17 £86.10 £101.17

Just off my head mate that board is an amazing buy.......about 6 months ago. ;)

Seeing as it uses the 965 chipset and your paying £100 for it then I would advise against it as there are now better boards in the price range. The 965 chipset is great, but it is now an older one, the P35 has taken over from it and is proving a slightly better performer. Other chipsets are available but I wold stick with the P35 to be on the safe side considering your nor a massive gamer, and you can get a great board for about £60ish, anything more is just overkill mate. Save the cash and get an extra 2gb of ram to make 4gb in total, you will see massive benefits if your using Windows 64bit.

For £65 this would be a great choice of boards for you.
