just rang bt to cancel and get the mac code as i was gonna switch to o2. o2 have offered the price of 86.25 p/qtr for the same service i am paying bt £145 for.

spoke to a nice woman who proceeded to make an offer of £29.83 p/m to stay with them. so if ur out of contract with bt give them a ring see what discount you can get. must add they do put u on a 12mth contract for the price they offer!

I never heared of BT trying to keep customers... I cancelled few year back.. All i got was ok i will process this just now.. she comes back from hold.. said all done bye... lol..
