Box won`t accept update by USB.

Hello,I followed the instructions from this forum and put the latest software on a USB Drive but the box wouldn`t recognise the drive or if it did it wouln`t allow the download.
Any ideas will be gratefully received.

Hello Turner Brown.The drive was already in Fat 32.
I have now got success.It seems my box didn`t like the download in Winrar so I downloaded in Zip and it worked.
