box stuck

Tried to mod my cable box today,now when i put it on all that comes on is "please wait while data is loading", 20 min later still the same,have i killed my box or is there something i havnt done.
all i have done is loaded new keys , box key and ird on mosc and cut talk back

sorry my fault,put the telewest cable in to the uhf socket,as i use db500,different connections, only get normal channels still,back to the tuts
