Box not booting Up

A work mate gave me his box cause a know a wee bit about them but even this is confusing me.

He had a Lasky image on and the box won't get past the image screen. So I started from scratch and used the latest Commando 12 image and forced it on with IFA.

What happens now is I've got the Commando image on but get to the same point where the image screen comes up and it just sits there.

Any ideas or is it fooked.

my bro has a similar box that hangs.

no idea what the problem is but switching it off at the mains and leaving it for a min or 2 usually sorts it
he then just powers down from the remote so that he doesn't have to go through that process daily

I've got the same problem on Commando 11-3.

Just installed it and all i get is the boot screen and just hangs. Don't even know the default ip in order to ifa the bugger.

Try Flash/FXP, always had better results using that over IFA

Don't know the ip hence I used IFA, but in saying that whats the default ip with Commando 12 ?
