hi DW mechanics electricians.
i have a 3 series E46 coupe with 16:9 nav screen, dvd rom in boot etc......
my car has been stood for a couple of months and resulted in flat battery, i have trickle charged battery, and car started first flick.
but, my nav screen has no sound at all, i press the lower left button, to power on the unit, but nothing happens.
the satnav works, but no sound/directions.
no radio, no cd sound at all, cant even select the radio or cd changer.
i have removed fuse 7 and 41 which is the power for the nav screen, for 15 mins as described on other bmw forums, nothing, and also removed fuses overnight, still nothing.
any ideas greatly welcomed.
