running in ten mins.

do these take the same images as the e1 images as the dm500s? any extra memory inside? am looking for a cheap box for the bedroom.

specs seem pretty much the same how much are they going for? anywhere to store a decent epg?

Looks like just another 500 clone in a slightly different case...no hardware difference to indicate they should perform better.

I havent seen one, maybe they might have better build quality or higher quality compnents than some cheaper clones...I doubt it though..

yes the blademedia box is a basic clone of a dreambox, uses all the same software, images ect enigma 1 settings, but just slightly higher in price than the others.
if you can stretch to it buy the blade 7000s hd (100%)better 3d aswell (and working :grab:superb),record 2 programs while watching another, streaming box to box is perfect ((SO THAT MEANS UMMMMMM LOL)).

does it take forever scanning for channels on this box just like the dm500s?

they have newer chips and a sharp tuners boot up quicker than normal clone and is more responsive also cw 3 pin plug and batteries

which chips are newer the flash memory ? The CPU and chipset is bound to be the same otherwise the Dream images wouldnt work. Possibly could have faster flash memory with less latency maybe. Not sure though, without checking specs or data sheets. I doubt there will much difference.

HI All,

I am new to this arena, Can someone please advice which box should be best to buy and where it to get. I simply need it to watch Sky sport.

Cheers
