BIS tv on tm 1500ci+,,,help

hi am new,,,,is there any patch to open BIS tv on 13 east or 19 east,on
tm 1500 ci+
i try the last phantompatch 18/08, but still no working.
any help will be apreciated

thanks a lot boss,,i got bis tv with this old patch
but i loose bulsat channels 39 east
any chance to get both of them (bis tv + bulsat )

i would suggest to test the new patch as i suspect that the new patch will open BIS 19E again

Phantom , could you look into this ? I know the pat 25.01.2010 was not yours but anyway there must be a way to implement it, right ?
